- Suzlon Energy Ltd said that it has won a third order from Hindustan Petroleum Corporation limited for 50.40MW capacity wind power project in India. The project comprises of 24 units of S97-120m hybrid towers with rated capacity of 2. 1MW each and is scheduled for completion by FY2017.
- Asian Paints Ltd reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 463.28 crore on net sales of Rs 4,102.95 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2015.
- Strides Shasun Ltd has received approval from Competiton Commission of India to acquire seven brands from consumer healthcare firm Johnson and Johnson.
- Delta Corp Group posted a net profit after taxes of Rs. 7.70 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2015 as compared to net loss of Rs. (0.42) crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2014.
