Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited has informed the Exchange that the Corporation on August 25, 2016 allotted 4.59,525 equity shares of Rs. 2 each under distinctive numbers from 1582471981 to 1582931505 (both numbers inclusive) pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 316,58,63,010 consisting of 158,29,31,505 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
