Hindustan Copper Ltd.
Hindustan Copper Ltd (HCL) is a public sector enterprise incorporated on Nov 09, 1967. HCL is the only operating copper ore producing mining company in India. The company is engaged in exploration, exploitation, and mining of copper and copper ore including beneficiation of minerals, smelting, and refining. The company manufactures and markets copper cathode, continuous cast copper wire rod, and metal in concentrate.
The allocation would be on a price priority method at multiple clearing prices in accordance with the SEBI OFS circular. The issue opens for subscription on Sep 29, 2016 for institutional bidders. Retails investors, for whom 20% shares have been reserved, will get to bid on Sep 30, 2016. Retail Investors will be allocated shares at a discount of 5 % to the cut off price.
