Global Indices on a Run – Dow Jones, Dax, Nikkei, Hang Seng , Ftse, S&P 500 - 2016-03-03 02:52:41-05
Global Indices have rallied 9-12% from the lows.
Dow Jones
Its up 9% from the recent lows. Did not make a new low in Feb like Nifty
FTSE --- Up 11% from the lows. Though has been in a strong downtrend.
DAX --- Up 12% from the lows.
Hang Seng --- In a very strong downtrend but stil
NIKKEI --- Up 11% from the lows.
S&P 500 --- Up 9% from the lows.
In my earlier detailed webinar and presentation - Is it the right time to buy Equities have mentioned about how this is a formation similar to 2011-2012 where we saw a huge jump from 4500 to 5600 in 2 months. Also it was a global bottoming out.
The catch up of Nifty with Dow. Still some more to go for near term catch up it seems.
Continue to maintain the long term stance. Also midcaps/smallcaps have not really paid catch up so its a good time to load up to select names.
