Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited has informed the Exchange that the window for trading in the Securities of the Corporation shall remain closed from April 1, 2016 to May 4, 2016 (both days inclusive) for all the employees and directors of the Corporation, in terms of HDFCs Share Dealing Code and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
