The alembic group on a whole are cheats.
They delisted Alembic Glass Ltd and reverse merged it with an unknown unlisted company Shreno ltd. Later they transferred the Bangalore White Field road property worth more than 2500crs to an unknown group company for a very meagre amount.
They are shareholder unfriendly and one should avoid investing in Alembic Group Companies.
