Subject: {LONGTERMINVESTORS} How to Trade Side ways (Non trending/ Directionless/Trendless/Volatile) market- Trading Tutorial - Share
Many times the market/ stock does not move in any direction (non trending or trendless or sidways or Volatile)
Strategy to trade sideways market:
Time frame 5 minutes (Intraday)
1. Wait for 15 or 30min after the market opens . (refer chart)
2, Check the EMA's 13-34-55-200.
3. If all these EMA's are horiziontal, the market /stock is said to be trading sideways. (i.e trendlesss).
4. Now observe the Bollinger Bands.
4. Wait for Candle stick patten formation on 5min Time Trame chart.
5. Whenever a Bullish candle stick is formed near the Lower BB , go long (ie. Buy)
6. Whenever a Bearish candle stick is formed near the Upper BB , go Short (ie. Sell).
7. Exit near the upper (for Long) or lower BB (for Short)
