S.P. Apparels Limited (SPAL), is a leading manufacturer and exporter of knitted garments for infants and children in India. Integrated facilities allow the company to provide end-to-end garment manufacturing services from greige fabric (unfinished woven) to finished products.
Issue Size
The offer comprises fresh issue of 80.2 -83.3 lakh. equity shares and Offer for Sale of up to 9 lakh equity shares, which comes to a total of up to 92.3 lakh equity shares to raise Rs.238.22-239.1.
