Adlabs looks good for 4+ years, its a high-risk high-return kind of investment, similar to many of the startups. 

Footfalls are growing, and even the management is still learning. Last December, discounts were offered for 999/- on a Sunday when most expected the discounts to be available during a weekday(when footfalls are less). Now you can see discounts being offered on Tuesdays in February. 

Snowpark expected to be operational by March, and remaining rooms in the Novotel hotel also expected to be operational by March. 

They have a 170-acre land parcel adjacent to the theme park which they expect to monetize in the next 1-2 years( without any outgo from their hand).
