Pudumjee Pulp & Paper Mills Ltd has informed BSE that Restructuring Committee of the Company has fixed Record Date as February 12, 2016 for identifying the shareholders of Pudumjee Pulp & Paper Mills Ltd who shall be eligible for the entitlement of equity shares of Pudumjee Paper Products Limited, pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement and Reconstruction (Demerger).
