Sir, why do you think that Modi or BJP or Amit shah doesn't understand this? Its too early to even think of 2019 election results.. it is not even half way mark yet... watch Modi's recent speeches... he is well aware of ground situation and knows that tightening nuts and bolts is hurting many...
